Application or App means the software program provided by the Organization downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Randilen Navigation

Developer means an entity that developed this application on behalf of the Organization

Country refers to Tanzania

Service refers to the Application.

Types of Data Collected

Account Information

While using App, there is a login screen as the first thing that opens but it is optional to sign onto the App. If You choose to use the app without signing in, You will not be able to save or mark places, or share with others. You might also have more limited functionalities.

When signing in, certain personally identifiable information will be used in setting up the account, such as your username, name, and email address.

Technical Information

APIs & SDK

The app automatically collects some technical information including IP Address, Limited location data, Operating System, and date and time of a request.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information related to your use of our vendor services, including your username, name, email address, and your interaction with our Vendor. Common examples include signing up for an event or trip. From time to time, we may also receive contact enrichment information from third parties.

Feedback

The App users may provide us with their feedback regarding our services in the form of email through the App.

Usage Data­

Usage data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through our mobile App, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device’s unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

While using Our Application, to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

We use this information to provide features of Our Service and to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Organization’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or even shared to our third-party vendors (MapBox and google) Firebase it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

The Organization may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service.

To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

  •       With Third Parties: We may share Your personal information with third parties to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, and to contact You.

Google Places is a service that returns information about places using HTTP requests. It is operated by Google

Google Places service may collect information from You and Your Device for security purposes.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
